Every ice cream contains a certain amount of air which affects the smoothness, consistency and taste of the ice cream. The less air in an ice cream, the tastier the end result. And we’re all for that.

Quality and simplicity lies at the heart of our mission, which is why we only use natural ingredients rather than pre-fabricated mixes. Even better, our gelato contains absolutely zero artificial flavourings, colourings or GMOs.

Every business decision we make is driven by the pressing need for sustainable action. As part of this, we are working closely with Planet Mark to substantially reduce our carbon footprint.

Relying on natural ingredients for flavour means we can avoid the artificial flavourings and colourings that are endemic to ice cream production. When we say Raspberry gelato, we mean that 41% of the ingredients mix is fresh raspberries!

Supply Chain

We ensure that all of the raw ingredients we source are fairly traded, and are in direct contact with many of our suppliers to ensure our supply chain is food safe and completely vegan.

Planet Mark

With Planet Mark, we are taking steps to measure our carbon footprint and environmental performance, with the eventual goal of becoming carbon-negative.

Suitable for Vegans

We’re not selling an alternative to dairy ice cream – we’re creating a replacement that looks, feels and tastes just like the original. With seven Great Taste awards in the general ice cream category, we’d say we’re well on our way.

Packaging

We are constantly looking at ways to improve on current standards for ice cream packaging, from plastic-free tubs to recyclable box tape and compostable bags for cones and wafers.
