Vegan Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae
VEGAN – VEGETARIAN – DAIRY FREE
The ice cream sundae is a time-honoured staple of the traditional dessert menu. While no one quite knows where exactly it came from, most accounts agree that it was invented in the USA sometime in the 1890s and was served as a replacement for an ice cream soda, which was banned from being sold on the sabbath (hence the name ‘sundae’).
One of our favourite variants is the hot fudge sundae, which was supposedly first created in 1906 in Hollywood, CA. Served with hot fudge sauce, whipped cream and nuts, it goes perfectly with our chocolate and praline flavours!
